I need a whole new site - can you help me?

Yes we can! We can design and code for you a brand new theme handcrafted for your needs or use a ready theme and customize it based on your needs for a cheaper solution.

How can I Identify a Hacked Website?

Some common signs of a hacked site include:

Displaying popups that you didn’t implement
Displaying odd text in your footer or in the “View Source”
Links to other sites or auto-linking of keywords that you didn’t create links for
Seeing obfuscated / encoded text in plugins
Website redirecting (immediately or after a short length of time) to another URL

What information do you need to help me migrate my site to a new host?

We need a ftp account of your old host and a ftp account from your new host + the database and a user with read/write permissions. That’s it!
If that’s all greek to you just send us your cpanel account and we’ll find our way.

Does it matter where my site is hosted?

No it doesn’t matter, we only need a ftp account and in some cases cpanel access. If you don’t know what are all these are we’ll still find a way to help you!

What are my payment options?

PayPal is one of the best payment processors in the world, and the one we use to process your payment. Once we receive your order details, we will send you our payment address and other pertinent information.

Do I have to pay for the quote?

No. The quote is absolutely free.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service we will refund you.

Do you do guarantee a performance improvement?

Although we can usually get a speed improvement, we can’t guarantee how big is going to be. Many people come to us with performance problems when their website is seriously slow and the main reason for this is usually a poorly configured web server and a bad web hosting company.

How will I know how much it will cost me of what I'm asking;

When you send us your request we will send you our questions we might have in order to make the requirements as specific as we can. Once the requirements are finalized we will send you our offer and after our agreement we can start working to your procect.

If the changes I want for my site are massive and I might need new content or editing from my side before my site goes live?

We can transfer a copy of your site in one of our own development servers in order to make the changes you might want and when you believe the site is ready to go we can then transfer it to your server to make it live!

How long will it take to finish?

We will analyse your requirement first and prepare an estimated time and cost for your needs. If you agreed with our estimated time and cost then we start with your project.

Do you provide hosting?

No, we don’t not provide WordPress hosting. We provide maintenance, support, backups, security and updates for your WordPress site that you already have hosted. We do however work closely with your host for any technical/hosting issues.
